Zorah’s Closet vows to ensure that its merchandise is free of defects from its manufactures.  We will accept any defective clothing items that we may have missed for: 

  • Exchange (same item if available, if not, one of equal value)
  • Store credit, but there will be
  • Restocking fee of 20% 
  • NO CASH REFUNDS.

Your merchandise must have its original sales receipt, has been unwashed, unworn, unused, free of deodorant, perfume, cologne, and any other signs that show that the item(s) have been worn or damaged.

All defective items must be post marked within 15 days from the ship date.  If purchased locally, 5 days. 

Final-sale or discounted merchandise cannot be exchanged or returned at any time. Items purchased online at zorahscloset.com, but returned past the time frame or without original sales receipt will not receive a refund or exchange.

 

How do I send my returns (exchanges)?

  • You must email info@zorahscloset.com to retrieve an RA (Return Authorization) number.
  • Package your return item(s) in a well-padded envelope or box to prevent damage in transit.
  • Mail your return via UPS or USPS to Zorah’s Closet, 4115 Columbia Road, Suite 5, PMB 140.  You will be responsible for all shipping cost. Please ship with a carrier who will provide you with a tracking number.  We do not accept COD.
  • You will receive an email confirmation when your return has been processed. The e-mail will contain both details of your return shipment as well as information about your refund.
  • Please note that returns can take up to 30 days.
  • If you are local you can bring your item(s) into 1507 North Leg Rd, Augusta, GA 30909.  All time frames still apply and email info@zorahscloset.com to retrieve an RA (Return Authorization) number.
